The shipping fees are automatically calculated based on a standard flat rate shipping fees for all Canadians cities.


All orders are shipped using Canada Post Expedited Delivery Services.

Sales taxes apply as the following :

We ship worldwide and the shipping cost may be adjusted depending on your delivery destination,

In some instances, there may be a manufacturers warranty, and it is the buyers responsibility to contact the manufacturer.  Buyer assumes all liability of non-warrantied items.


Somes products are comes factory sealed and stay sealed, thoses product has been pass factory quality control test and we can certify they are fully functionals.


Otherwise, we manage to test all the products we ship out if the product package is not factory sealed.


Our testing & shipping departement are constantly under CCTV monitoring and recording datas for our security and to control the product accuracy of what is being sold and ship.

Unless otherwise stated in the listing, all items shipped from our store are either in NEW or UNUSED condition.  In  some cases, the item is new but has been on a warehouse shelf quietly collecting dust.

 


An item qualifies for a return if :

It was ordered or delivered within the last 7 days according to the tracking records from the post office; AND, one of the following conditions exist:

- The product arrived damaged from poor picking and packing.
- The shipment was not signed for because the package arrived damaged from shipping abuse.
- The product arrived and was completely different than the product you ordered.

 


An item does not qualify for return if:

- 7 days have passed since purchase or delivery date according to the tracking records.
- It does not fit the buyer's application.
- The package arrives later than expected.
- The buyer expected additional parts or equipment not explicitly included in the photograph or description.

Additional Term For HID Kits and/or bulbs:

- The bulb temperature color does not appeal to the buyer.
- It does not fit the buyer's application.

Additional Term For ALL alarms and/or remote starters:

- It does not fit the buyer's application
- The security ''VOID'' seal has been removed from the wire harness and/or the main unit.
- Some units are comes factory sealed and stay sealed, if the package has been opened it is also doesn't
  qualifies for a return.

It will help us if you have some digital photographs of the item(s) you received and any damage to the item(s) or shipping container.  Also, please have order information at hand such as order transaction number, date purchased, method of payment, packing slip, etc.  We will work with you to qualilfy your item and give you the solution.

If our returns department approves the return, you will be issued an Returns Authorization Number and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.  Please note: the RMA number is only good for 10 business days. Once it expires, the package will be automatically rejected.  If the issue is related to damage during shipping, we will have you hold the packaging and contents and help get the claim process started.

Returned items may or may not be eligible for a refund/credit per our Refund and Credit Policy above.
